Jim Blackledge has been in the wholesale lumber and panel industry for over 30 consecutive years. In 2006, Jim ventured out and opened James F. Blackledge, INC, and for the past 12 years he has dedicated his time to building the Blackledge name by striving to offer the best service possible, while maintain his strong family values.
In 2016, his son Hunter Blackledge joined the business. Hunter has spent the last four years learning the ins-and-outs of the lumber industry, as well as what it takes to operate a small business. In 2018, the pair decided to open their operation to the public, creating Blackledge Surplus Lumber Sales. Over the last two years, they have strived to serve their community by filling the gap in the local market.
